Intake to Exhaust Manifold Torque Values (1 Viewer)

If anyone can help, I have searched many places and could not find the answer, does anyone know the torque values for the 3 long bolts and 2 short bolts holding the intake manifold to the exhaust manifold on a '78 FJ40? I am installing my stock exhaust manifold back this weekend.

I have never actually torqued them, Just gave them a good tightening.

The bolts are pretty stout. I'd be surprised if you could easily overtorque them without using a breaker bar.
