Go to Marksoffroad.net and get the number and call him. He's a Westcoaster and may still be up. He has tons of older parts.

thanks, I will call him,has anybody had luck finding intake gasket set from local parts stores,1974,1F?

If you do not want to mail order it from a vendor here, go to your local toyota dealer. They can get them.

I'm sure I have gotten the intake gasket at NAPA, but I have an excellent NAPA store, they seem able to find alot of things for me. But the riser gasket, seems like I always order it from Specter.

Did you try NAPA Online, a few times I have found a part listed there, wrote the number down and took that in to see if it is legit and if they can order it. This worked at a NAPA that couldn't seem to find anything for me.

Never mind, looked myself, they showed the same set you mentioned. That sucks, seems like NAPA just decides to drop parts whenever they please.

A 2F manifold gasket will work, it just has the extra tabs on each end. Unless the gasket between the manifolds is leaking, you can somtimes just leave it intact.

Thanks for the props Ed, but on something like a heatriser gasket, if you have a local dealer, you're really better off paying retail. They subsidize their shipping costs and you can inspect the gasket for damage BEFORE you get it. I can't tell you how many OE manifold gaskets I've seen delivered damaged. I've got my sources paranoid about damaged gaskets to the point now that they ship mine strapped to WOOD!
