In desperate need of a 100 series Dash Junction Block Passenger Side 82731-60060 (1 Viewer)

So I need a new passenger's side dash junction block to solve a few annoying electrical gremlins. Of course, they're discontinued so I'm hunting for a used one in decent condition.
I've come across a used one from a 2006-2007 LX470 with a part number one digit off. My Toyota part number is 82731-60060. The used one is 82731-60061. I've been unable to find anything doing a search, so I'm hoping the brain trust can help.

Does anyone know if this part will work?

I don't know of anyone how has tried swapping.

But also know. If you just went online and looked seeing; Not Available. Speaking with Local toyota parts dealership person, may find some for you.
I'm getting a main engine room fuse box, now. I see N/A at Japan, Mideast, Russia and USA web portals. My parts guy at Toyota, located 7 in USA.

I assume you have the 2005 LC.

My bet, is they ground and bolt in the same. Likely wire housing blocks, plugs the same. Differences, would most likely be in fuses ports actual wired for. If you study your's and the 06-07 LX, fuse lay out. It be may revealing.

I list some difference in vehicles, which some may run through RH junction box:
05LC, did not have the option of AHC, all LX and 06-07 LC do.
06 & 07 LC & LX have VVTi engines and as such some additional pollution devices and A/F vs o2.
LX have auto rev down and motor fold-in mirrors.
LX have lexus link.
LX have, remote opening of all windows.
LX running board lights.

Once you narrow down. Then dig into wire diagrams.
