Hey guys,

Thinking about selling my FJ60. I have it on Ebay because I really don't have time to "show" it, but if anyone has real interest, we can get it figured out. I have another hobby that seems to be taking up more and more of my time and I need to clean out the stable. I'll be keeping the FJ40 and the UZJ100 though.

I purchased this vehicle in 2004; it was purchased new in Phoenix, AZ and spent all its life in Arizona (until 2004; I have since been in both Texas and Colorado). I spent about 6 months looking for a truly rust-free Southwest truck when I bought this one. Since then, the vehicle stays garaged and is not even driven in the rain. It is a completely reliable and an amazingly original 60 Series and one of the nicest ones I have ever seen. I have always used Toyota OEM parts when available and she has been babied like no other. Never off-roaded; only used for occasional camping trips/forest service roads and driven once a week to work on the highway. Vehicle has clear Colorado title, current registration, and current emissions.

More details:

*Extensive service records since 1988 at around 13,000 miles. Clean Carfax ownership history (I still talk to the guy in bought it from). I am the third owner.

*Original interior and headliner in excellent condition (non-smoker vehicle).

*Original engine and drive train with 189,000 documented miles. Oil changed religiously.

*Fully functioning emissions system; always passes strict Colorado emissions

*Heavily documented service history since 1988 (2nd owner purchase time)

*Vehicle repainted in 2005; matched to original Toyota silver paint code

*New OEM a/c compressor and R-12 refrigerant installed in 2008; ice cold a/c

*Carburetor overhauled/rebuilt with OEM parts in 2007

*New OEM vacuum hoses in 2007

*New OEM cap, rotor, plug wires in 2007

*New NGK spark plugs in 2011

*New OEM sun visors in 2007 (VERY hard to find; discontinued)

*ARB suspension, shocks, bushings, bumper, Hella 4000 lights, and Warn M8000 winch installed in 2007

*New OEM fuel pump in 2009

*New driver’s side seat cushion installed from SOR and reupholstered in 2007

*Australian OEM inclinometer installed in 2007

*New OEM mud flaps in 2007

*Stainless steel battery tray installed in 2008

*New Sears Die Hard Platinum battery installed in 2010 with side mounts for winch

The windshield has no cracks or chips and the body has only tiny scratches and a couple of tiny door dings. The tires are BFG KO 33 x 9.50 all terrains (very hard to find tire size) with about 75% tread left at least (I think these tires have about 8,000 miles on them if I remember correctly). Also included is an identical BFG KO spare with 0 miles on it. The truck has no rust anywhere (that I have ever noticed at least) and the frame is clean and dry. The Warn winch has never been used or even unspooled.

The interior is in beautiful condition and has always drawn compliments from other cruiserheads. It is rare to find one that does not have seat covers that hide years of stains and tears.

I took lots of pictures before it was repainted to show that it was rust-free back then. I will be glad to email them upon request. The Arizona sun had faded the paint and I decided to make it look new again.

Wow! What a beauty!!! Good luck with the sale.

I don't have 13.5 but I am in Denver and I am looking for a 60-62.

This is a nice one but beyond my $$

Nice rig! Once I get my ARB bumper, ours will be identical. Best of luck with the sale.

Nice rig, Carson.

Recognize the truck from a Facebook pic...
Hope you're well

Taylor...what is up? Great to see you on here.

Just sold the 60 today...gonna hate to see her go, but I've got too many cruisers and have too many hobbies.

See you over in MS some time soon I hope.
