Well, gas prices have done it to me, oh yeah as well as the EGR crap that won't go away. I've sold my 97 cruiser and bought a Toyota Avalon Spending $500 a month on gas was to much, plus the maint issues w/ the truck just started costing me. I wish I could've kept the truck. Anyway it was fun when the truck worked when the truck didn't big daddy wasn't happy. Great site thanks for all the help when I needed it and the info great site. African Cruiser signing off.

Understood. My solution: I bought a 95 Tercel to commute with(26 mi. round trip).
Dinky little thing but can't complain about the 37 MPG.
