Ok after some research I believe from the Toyota Reference pages I believe my paint is Royal blue It was shot on 1968 through 1974 paint code 822 have a look to see what I mean Toyota Reference - Information and Specs for all USA Toyota, Lexus and Scion Cars

That's a crazy brake booster set up. Never seen that before. How does it work?

I'm pretty sure it's not stock.

I have been aware of the idea for a while, only seen one remote booster fitted in a car (might have been a sprite?) but Jaguar and Alfa both used them. Advantages are obvious particularly in low cars, some poeple have even mounted a remote booster in the boot (trunk).

Don't know how it works but guessing there is a "slave" cylinder the "master" operates, so replacing the normal actuation.

Seems to be a popular thing in Oz, particularly Holdens!
