The timing belt and water pump were replaced at 90k at least a decade ago. The coolant was also changed, not sure about transmission fluid. AHC fluid is original but besides stealer whenever I've asked at other shops I get a blank stare. Looking in maintenance manual they don't list separate recommendations for high mileage vehicles so I'm asking here.
I'm coming up on 170k miles 2006 LX 470. What maintenance would you recommend?

I'm not sure I consider 170k is high mileage, but nevertheless, you could do a transmission drain and fill. I would do the AHC flush yourself. It is pretty straightforward and there is good guidance here on Mud. Have spark plugs ever been changed? Those are typically changed at 100K. How about the front, center, and rear diff fluids, ever changed those?

Spark plugs were changed around 120k. I don't believe differential fluid has been.
