NONE of the ad networks are authorized to do popup ads. I despise them too.

As a SS member, you should see almost NO banners tho, do you have all the options switched in your User CP??

Yeah, something is going on: popups, then full-on screen redirects...

Only my home computer.

I've had the same prob as Scott and sufpig. Adds covering text one threads with now way to close the add box to read the thread annoying. If I close and reopen theres just another add. A lil constructive crit that's all. Long live mud

I'm a silver star and always logged in. The FRAM ad sucks. It comes in and drops down and covers the whole screen and usually when I get rid of it I have to start over finding the page I was on again. Other than that, I have no gripes with them. I usually have a banner at the top and bottom (right before the quick reply box) and that is it. I think I get way more than $20 worth of enjoyment out of the site. Thanks for doing this for all of us!

OK, my silver star is gone. Maybe I forgot to renew? I'll get on that!

You should not have seen the expanding Fram ad for a while...I blocked it at the network level over a week ago. Just checked the settings, and only the static non-expanding ads are active.

That's one of those that expands with a mouseover...slide over it inadvertently and it expands...

250+ posts have minimal ads...not a few as Star'd members, but close
