So, I have a garage full of parts and as I am new to all this, I need some help identifying some of them and figuring out what I need to keep/what I can sell. :hhmm: I put pictures up on this page
http://www.dropshots.com/NCNole
and you can make comments below the pics and also have the following (no pics) below:
90311-99065 crankshaft seal
90311-47001 rear axle shaft outer seal
47201-60050 hydraulic cylinder

Help me please

He gave you all of that stuff with your truck?!? Damn! I see a points dizzy cap, a whole dizzy, shackles, u-bolts, two original 40 series rims with hub cap clips, radiator hoses, v-belts, etc.

Take a couple more pictures of that thing in the second picture, that's a birfield. It doesn't look like a stock one to me though:hhmm:

YES! I have even more than I posted but only put the stuff out there that I couldn't identify or that I didn't know if I needed to keep. I need some help figuring that out. Here's another pic of that part. DSCN2696.webp

Is there any more lettering along the outside of that part? I can't quite read what it says. It is either a stock replacement or an aftermarket performance part that's worth some $. Dibs if it's the latter :D

Do you have a second or just that one?

I also see driveshafts, a steering column, a steering box, a steering pump, two sets of leaf springs ( stock or aftermarket? ), a bag of o-rings, some random switches, coil wire, license plate bracket and what looks to be a new radiator!. on more.

Haha....I'll take a better pic tomorrow and post it up. I only have one. Is that something I need to keep around? I've been doing some reading and it says they are on toyotas starting in 79...I have a 78.

So, which of those things is which pic? Haha! And what would you recommend keeping? Thanks so much for checking this stuff out! Extremely helpful!!!

The radiator isn't new-it's the old one and has some pin holes in the top. The switches look to have numbers on the boxes but I tried putting them in the website for the toyota parts and no matches...grrrrr.

That pic is a birfield joint. Pretty much if you have a solid front axle LC, you have a f'n birf (nickname) ETA - well, actually 2. It's a common breakage point for anyone who wheels much, so it's good to have a spare in working condition in your trail spares. Several companies make aftermarket chromoly or heat treated f'n birfs - like Longfields, or TreilGear Dirty 30's.

the photo 2 past the v-belt is your points I believe. That goes in the distributor under the rotor. Someone else please confirm. I'm still new to this also. The next one appears to be a rotor for the distributor. After the liscense plate bracket I believe it the clamp that holds the air cleaner assembly to the carb inlet. Mine looks similar to that. That's all I got...

Are there any parts sites that actually have pictures??
