Hi guys,

I started hearing an occasional clunking noise from the front of the car. I took a look and noticed a part has sheared/broken off. I think the part that's hanging is the sway bar? Does anyone know what the broken part is ? I'm trying to look it up to figure how much to get it replaced or do it myself.

Thanks
Oz

^^Correct part and I'd say diy. It's easy....well normally. Your rust is pretty bad. Be prepared to drill it out if that bolt breaks. Replace the end link on the other side if it looks the same as this one.

You might consider replacing all the bolts on the sway bars, front and rear, just to be safe. While you're at it think about replacing the end links, bushings and bushing caps. Use lots of PB Blaster for a few days before trying to remove. You won't regret the effort and change in ride and handling.

good lord! been on the beach once or twice?

Thanks guys. Regarding rust, I've only had the car fora little over a year but it's a northeastern car.

Thanks again
