Your getting rid of your scratched up stocker?? You got a winch for it or does that come later?

Hey~ I'm still waiting for the DVD from the last trip dude - what gives?!

Hey Murf,

I'm looking for the same thing! :hillbilly: I hate how the winch models kill the lines of the front bumper.

Looking for an Integrated/Internal winch mount for the option of a future winch.

This East Coast Bullbars bumper looks great (pm'd sailor for its details)

This Onca Integrated Bullbar might be my favourite minus its hoop (wonder how I'd get one?)

Really like the Piak Rayong Offroad bumper (pm'd trucks for its details)

One of those along with the new Kaymar rear bumper with dual carriers would do the trick!

KAYMAR 80 Series

Do you know of any rear bumpers that look better (more factory like and sympathetic to the lines of the car) than the Kaymar?

Take Care

clean front bumper

Murf,
Here you go. I just posted this. My crusier is in Tucson if you ever want to take a look at the bumper up close. I used Joker2040's bottom design and had the small hoops done to my liking.

the top bumper in the picture was made by me in my garage..

Do you think the winch is protected sufficiently? I love the look of your bumpers though. Cleanest winch bumper I've seen.

For the way we use them, I wouldn't cut the cage off of an ARB. It adds strength to the ends/wings and they flex too easy with rock contact now. IMHO the biggest problem with them is the "air dam" shaped lower part, I'm attempting to free some time to cut it off and rework.

Have you talked to Symon? He quoted me a very competitive price on a custom non winch/tucked close/frame nipped bumper.

It's hard to check them out when they have nothing on their site for the 80 series.

Yup we are working on the web site as we speak.

For now here are some photos that show the bumper, light weight for winch or with out. We ship them raw steel so the gray is just for illustration. $650 w/ AC drier guard and pull points. (also made out of the same tubing we have made for us for our FJ40 roll cage kits)

The winch sits so far back in the frame rails that if you choose to not run a winch, just put the licence plate over the opening on the face.

Here is the med. size stinger option (same price) This is Todd Kaderabek rocking the Metal-tech 80 on the Con in 08' for the Rubithon.

Here are photos post our bumper vrs. a Buick head on. Our customer walked away.

Tube is your friend.

I don't need quarter inch because it's so high and tight I never hit it :D

I just trimmed the stock "bumper" to get by until I can afford to build one with a winch. It gives me the clearance I need, but it is not strong enough to call it a "bumper."

Why not just give Bump-it a call and see what he can whip up?

I agree, Mike is the man. He builds nice custom armor at a very competitive price.

Not a bad idea for a temporary fix, I like it.

I have to post a pic of my current favorite. I've posted it before in other threads. I can't remember who owns it but it's awesome IMHO. It's a custom built job. It looks similar to the ARB, so it's probably not something you are interested in.

I'm not sure, I can't recognize the plate. I do know that it is a custom built bumper because I saved a pic of the build process. Kind of stalker-ish;) However, I'd like to have one built using the design down the road. :D

Not a lot of protection for the winch, it is mounted to 1/4 plate and is about an inch from the front fairlead mount that is also 1/4 plate, so you will never hurt it wheeling but you could hit it in a wreck if you hit a full size truck that was tall enough to come over the fairlead..
thanks Bret
