I have built my mig cart. It houses my miller ac/dc stick welder on the bottom and my new MillerMatic 180 mig on top.
Room for 2 bottles on back. 1 for doing aluminum and the other for
Stargon.
I plan on putting pegs for the welding leads. And a 6" round pipe section on the side to set the Mig hose on (big gradual radius to prevent kinking of the hose and liner)

I am thinking of a plastic tray with closeable lid for tips
Maybe a spot for hangin the mig pliers.

or even a round cup holder for the anti spatter spray.

Any suggestions from "The Seasoned"
Or maybe even Pics of Your set up.

I put a power strip on my cart hooked to a retractable elctric cord reel and with heavy duty extension cord. I store the two 4 1/2 and one 8 in grinder under the welder on the bottom shelf so I needed a place to plug them in. On one side I have several different size c-clamps and on the other my welding vise grips and a couple long bar clamps. I did the same thing with the anti-spatter spray, I took a 4in piece of exhaust pipe capped one end and it holds the spray really well. I put a couple of hooks on the cart for my mig helmet and a set of ear muffs for grinding. I think that is about it I would put a picture up but I do not have one here with me. I am currently deployed to Kyrgystan.

Nice Cart Arya

nicely equipped cart Arya.
I got a lot good ideas from your thread.
I wanna complement you on your taste. All the items I saw in the pictures were top Drawer Mdse.

Here is what I have so Far.

Stick Welder goes on the bottom and Mig goes on the top.

Last pic shows the hanger for the Mig hose. long radius bend will keep the liner from becoming oval in spots creating feed issues.

A pair of side cutters on a chain.

I use an empty spool of wire for a gun holder. My old Miller 35 runs some big ass spools that are about 14" in diameter. Your way looks a lot cleaner. Either way is better than just a hook.

a loop to hang a flux hammer and something for a wire brush for the stick.

How are you gonna secure your bottles? Chain or clamp or...?

Nice!

My Miller 251 is a cart - without any place for all the s*** that needs to go with it! I always need a pair of pliers and a place to keep the splatter spray. If you're gonna do aluminum then you need a quarantine area for brushes and grinder discs. Couple of rod storage tubes maybe, place to keep your welding hood so it stays clean and birds don't s*** on it. Needle scaler storage tube?

update

more pics of progress as it is right now.

Added rod holder for the current rod being used.
the holder will hold the container with the lid off.

Added Mig plier holder.

More mods to come. Angle grinder with rolock, and 4 inch grinder with place to hold the flap discs and grinding discs.

Looks good. Nice and compact. You at all worried about knocking the mig off the top?

I need to do the same thing for plasma/mig.
