Idea on Sanctioned events. (1 Viewer)

Have someone gather up a list of potential sponsors from around the US. One that has up to date information and good contacts and e-mails. List should include any Toyota based vendors as well as other vendors that might be interested advertising/sponsoring at events.

Only distribute the list out to events that are Sanctioned TLCA events. Make it a perk for having only TLCA members present at the event.

That's a fantastic idea, Marshall! Let's put that arrow in our quiver and see who can make it happen.

Typically, that type of task might fall under the responsibilities of MSVP, but that position is vacant right now, and we do not currently have a nominee. But that doesn't mean the idea has to fall between the cracks, we just need someone to contact the chapters that have sanctioned events and compile the list to share.

Or another option would be to work some sort of deal with those that wish to advertise in Trails in trade for their product which the TLCA could then divvy up to events based on their previous years attendance.
