First of all, we don't know what country or even state you live in, so how can we answer this?

Next, trailer manufacturers are scattered all over the country, and shipping a cargo trailer isn't usually cost effective, so you need to see what the local dealers carry or manufacture.

Third, I don't understand your requirements either. You want a fridge in a cargo trailer? Are these intended to be mobile workshops? If so then you probably need to go custom.

Fourth, what is your definition of "easy to tow"? Any 20 ft trailer specced out as you described, along with cargo, is probably going to be well north of 6000 pounds and maybe as much as 8000. What vehicle(s) will be used? How much cargo weight, and what sort (tool cabinets, bulk materials or ?)

You really do need to explain exactly what you want to do with these rigs. I, for example, have NO idea what a LNG Vaporizor is.... Will the trailers ever go off pavement?

Got it, sorry for being so veage?
Mobile workshop parts trailer I guess is more accurate.
The trailer will have to be in a support role (parts, tools, work area)
For jobs away from home 1-12 days
They will have to be 10,000# gvwr
and will be towed by 3/4 ton vechicles.
They will be 95% on road with mild off pavement.
Its defenitly needs to be custom built (options)
Im in northern ca, so probally no close manifacturer.

I just recieved 2 quotes one from wells cargo the other is pace.
It looks like there 10 -12 weeks out with what im looking for.
I dont know if that cleared it up any.

Yes, that definitely clarifies things.

There isn't too much I can suggest other than:

Double axle tandem (not triple), for maneuverability.

Oversized truck tires for ground clearance and load capacity.

Spring over conversion for ground clearance.

Offroad hitch option, ideally a setup that would allow a ball hitch to swap out to a lunette ring or other offroad coupler if the going gets bad. A regular ball coupler will damage itself or the ball if forced past about 20 degrees rotation.

Surge brake system with disk brakes for simple, low cost maintenance. Free backing solenoid so the trailer can be backed up easily on a slope.

As far as interior design.... that is pretty much up to you. I think a/c is a great idea in a hot or dusty environment, but that will require a much larger generator.

I'm assuming you will have LOTS of power needs, like air compressor and lights. You might want to consider a battery bank and big inverter to minimize the actual generator run time, though that would be a costly system and expensive to maintain long term. You'll need lots of fuel and water storage. If you plan on having someone bunk there you have to install a porta potty, or head with gray and black water tanks.

Geez.... sure sounds like a lot for a 15 to 20 ft trailer.

What the heck is a LNG Vaporizor?

Good stuff, thats what I was looking for.
Good Info thanks for sticking with me.

LNG vaporizer is a tractor trailer size unit that takes liquid methane and converts it to a gas that can be injected into a pipeline or compressed for vechicle use ect..
There is one in Gig harbor operated by PSE kinda by you (its a stationary unit)
Ill throw a pic up later.

I believe LNG = Liquid Natural Gas

What an LNG Vaporizer is, I don't know. Anytime I've opened a tank of Natural Gas it vaporized all by itself :D

You got it.

Got to watch out for that.

Thats an LNG vaporizer.

You could also look into a toy hauler trailer. The open rear floor design would give you a work area and you could use it for camping, hauling toys (atv's/ MCs), etc. You'd have all the comforts of home... kind of.

Update:

Just to follow through, I purchased 2 Wells Cargo 20x8.5 .

I loaded them up with good stuff ( to the budget 14,000 per unit)

I have started one and about half way through.
The drivers side storage/work unit is 95% complete .
The pax side is a couple hours into it.

Anyway here some pics...

Very nice, just what I was going to recommend. Wells Cargo is one of the approved vendors for federally funded emergency management equipment. My fire dept has several -- they are commonly used to store and transport mass casualty and decontamination equipment. One of our trailers went to New Orleans to support a law enforcement deployment w/emt staffing during Katrina recovery efforts, and the trailer performed fine. Cops had to put a new tranny in their tow rig somewhere in Texas though.

Just to finish this out:

Here are som pic's from the"completed" trailer after its first mission (kinda a mess)
There are some small things that need to be done to make me happy, but the crew and the boss had no complaints:)

The End...........
