Sounds like John needs to get on Mud. LCE brought back the SC for the 22R & 22RE ehich haven't been around for some time and a re fetching a pretty penny. Seems strange that they'd dump that kinda money into it and bail.

So whatever happened to all the other SC "insider info" that people were getting from the TRD folks?

Call him (John) up and tell him. I have told him mant times. I think he's making a list of interested people.

I googled and found an Eaton M90 setup manufactured down under. Here's the email traffic, FYI.

Dear Tom:

Would you please email me with any of the following information that you may have available for your supercharger kit:
- list of parts included in kit
- installation guide
- price w/o piggyback ECU
- price w/o GST (assuming it's not required for orders shipping to the USA).

I'm considering installing this in my 97, which has a MAF rather than the the MAP of the earlier 1FZFE motors. Do you think the ECU would be necessary in this case?

Regards,
Jon

Hi Jon
Thanks for the enquiry.
Our kit comes with everything needed to fit the kit to the vehicle. This includes all nuts, bolts and hardware.
Price without Piggyback ECU (and without GST) would be $[AU]6355 plus freight.
We have never fitted one of these kits to a MAF sensored car, so we can't be sure whether you would need the piggyback or not. But, you could always try it and then fit a locally sourced piggyback like a Unichip if you need to at a later date.

Regards
Tom Rabold

Easy.

Don't.

 Huh? If you're referring to me, no need to worry. I've already got a SC. See my early post in this thread, but I would like to see the SC back in production for friends, family, neighbors. I believe every motor that turns should have a SC strapped on to it (JMHO)!:)

Nope. Twas a response to the OP.

Heck, you DO have the option of mine for $5499.99 , and freight would be considerably less :)
