Like the title says,
Mine is a 96 if there's a generation difference.
I need a top down picture of a front outer handle gasket, rear too if possible. If the edge that sticks outward is broken, that's fine as long as I get the shape. Mine are too broken to use.
If you have anything like that or can take a picture for me I would appreciate it. I'm going to give a shot at recreating them and I need the shape. I'm not good enough to freehand draw it.
Thanks

Looks like I'm good. I've been gifted a front and rear handle with gaskets.

Hopefully it works and you can sell them to the rest of us! I could definitely use a set.

@smritte : Toyota never offered replacement door handle gaskets, the only source is either a new OEM handle Assembly, Aftermarket (Dorman, Taiwan,---), or a used handle that has a good gasket.

and that's where I'm at. I really don't want to buy four new handles and paint them. I just replaced both outer mirrors. They look real good unpainted.
I love designing and building one off crap. My wife is always telling me to "Just buy one" after she see's me spending 100 hours designing and building something I could have bought for a few hundred. A problem most of us encounter is, no one makes exactly what we want. The alternative is build it or compromise.

"If" this works, ill offer up the printer files to anyone who wants to build them.

So you plan to design and 3D print door handle gaskets, front and rear?
What type of material might you use to duplicate the original gasket; TPU, TPE, or ??
