HZJ73 fan/blower issue

1995 HJZ73; When I turn the switch on for the interior vent, no air on levels 1-4. A couple months ago it stopped working for a day or so, wasn't really using it anyway, then the next time I drove it, the fan worked. Now there is no magic happening and I've been without for a few weeks.

My question is regarding the fuses, would it be the 30A "Heater"? Thought I would try replacing that.

If it's not your fuse, likely to be the blower motor resistor. Here's a link to the 24v part number:
