Went carshopping last week and saw this

Nice try but it would looked better if the canvas had of been angled in at the top and kept at roof height to cheat the wind.
Then they could have fitted a man size full length roof rack instead of that pathetic little thing thats up there now.

Those mirrors would drive me nuts offroad hitting branches or getting caught on things. I like them on the door where you can pull them in or adjust them without leaving the vehicle.

I would still drive it also(but with some adjustements)

love the mirrors
FB is right, exfire truck from Japan
Roof rack is a joke
not a big fan of the bed
but
i would LOVE to have one sitting in the yard.

how much?

Perhaps I have lower standards than the average Land Cruiser enthusiast but.....
The mirrors ....... don't bother me
The bed and canvas top ....... Doesn't bother me
The roof rack ...... well that bothers me a little bit :)
The big decal on the doors would have to go.
Over all I would be glad to drive it.

** I never thought I would see Land Cruiser and "cheat the wind" used in the same sentence. : )

They were asking 20,000 USD like you guys said it is/was ex fire truck. Saw a lot of Nissan Safaris done like this. The reason it is so expensive is because of the import taxes. Otherwise it eould have been like 10k's . You guys in Canada and Usa would never get the use of those mirrors because you guys have nice and broad roads. Those mirrors come very handy in dense traffic jams. I also don't like the roof rack and the sticker. Kickass winch and no rust though!

Depends what part of the world you're in. In India 6-7 people could ride up there.

Very funny ...... Not politically correct ...... But very funny.

looks empty behind the rear wheel arch compared to the late model dual cabs.
Maybe make some tool box space behind there

I have only ever seen two but I don't think I would ever bother doing one as I have too much into mine. the 77 will be fine for the next 7-10 years, then I will get a cummins.

i looked at a couple years back, came really close to picking one up ...
still might one day.

Truck was still there as of yesterday. I will try to get a shot of interior sometime. I agree with Clint though i think it is regular 77 interior with hightoof
