Husqvarna Chainsaw identification help by model and serial number

Much to my surprise I can't seem to decode the year my used chainsaw as built. Its a Husqvarna 141 serial number 8160912.

I need the year of manufacture such that I can order replacement parts.

Can you help?

Any good saw repair shop should be able to extract year from the serial #. Have you tried that?

The first digit of the entire serial number is the year it was manufactured.
