Those last two systems have just gone exponential. Have been paying more attention now...

Another one or two systems are acting up out there. One is posied to threaten the Carolinas.

Been watching that Jim. That subtropical low SE of Bermuda won't materialize enough yet but if it does, the rainfall potential would be a welcome gift here, even considering the wind element.

Surf forecast for Palm Beach this Saturday is 6' @ 9 seconds with possible slight or offshore/sideshorish winds. I'd prefer 4' @ 13 seconds, but with sunny skies and crystal clear water I'll not complain....

Jim - We'll be at Queens Sat. a.m. if you and the gurls want to Join us. David and Mari are staying the weekend, and Ralph, Lois, Tim and A will prolly join us. Good times!

Going storm-chasin' this weekend, Bill. Going up to SC on friday and Atlanta on saturday for a football game. Prolly get rained-on sometime if that system moves west. Watch for my surfettes. They will be out with that forecast.....

Safe travels Capt.!

Big Samford fan?? :D

Follow up from 2 weeks ago. Saturday surf was so so. Sunday was bombing - chest high close outs at Juno sand bars, Coral Cove was super fun - chest to overhead, long peeling lines!

9/18/07 - fun chest high lines with wind chop sectioning it out at Palm Beach. Dual Roads was reported as "barrel city" at lunchtime - suks for us working folk.

9/19/07 - Chest to occasional head high, looooong lines, fast close out sections, super fun! Light winds till just before dark. Palm Beach.

Still lots of action running around out there.
