Hey guys, I've been lurking for a long time and since I don't yet have a cruiser, I don't have too much to contribute...but I am hoping to change that soon. I'll be selling my Tacoma and swapping it out for a land cruiser, hopefully!

I am looking for a 2003 or newer without the stock navigation. I have seen a few for sale in the past, but none currently. If you have seen, or know anyone that has one, please pass their info on to me. Thanks!

- Corey

Corey, I saw this online and didn't get the best response from the seller... If it were closer to me, I would have checked it out in person. I'm looking for a '03 - '05 100 series too... This one is in VA I'm not affiliated at all, but good luck!!

Hey Ben, thanks for the link! Looks like a decent truck. I think you're a lot closer than I am. I'm on the opposite coast in southern California. I appreciate the help!

I just saw a 2006 w/ 36k miles go for $32k. Dealership posted it on a Friday night and said Saturday morning they had over 40 missed calls specifically for that vehicle. It was owned by family that had a second home/vehicle in Aspen, CO... Traded it in for a Land Rover because it was getting "too old." Must be nice... :(

WOAH! So I am a little off with my pricing. I guess I am holding out for the oldest of the unicorns then

I was hunting for months before I found one the last part of 2015. 22-25K seems to be the going rate for an 06 or 07 with close to 100K miles on it.

I finally got an 07 with 90K on it but as you've seen on here numerous times...you gotta move fast!

Awesome, thanks for the info. I definitely can't afford one that new. I will probably end up with an 01 or 02 (non unicorn), but 03 would be the sweet spot for me.

Whats the big deal about a no Nav 100 series? Can't you just remove it and replace it with a modern 2DIN Sat/Radio/Nav/backup camera unit?
the navigation unit in models 2003 and newer have controls for the ac integrated in. It us caked a Multi Function Display, often referred as MFD on this forum, there is no way to simply swap it out. www.cruiserops.com was working on a third party solution but nothing ever came of it.

My '02 w/ factory nav also has HVAC integrated. There are buttons for a few controls, but not important ones like fan speed or high vs low vent control.

Right, a few people on here have bought the non nav hvac controls and swapped them in. There is no solution to do that with the 2003+, the wiring is the tricky part
