Okay, before everyone thinks I'm dumb, I know the off button turns the fan off. But mine doesn't it turns it to low. The fan is always running. In the manual it tells us the off button turns the system off, mine just turns it to low and the fan stays on. Help.

Do you have a coolbox, and is it turned on?
Coolbox keeps the A/C running, as that is what provides the cooling

I looked all over my books and I couldn't find that. I'm sure I wasn't looking in the right spot so thank you. Now another problem... middle east piece how do you fix that?
