How to test lockers?

I have ARB lockers in front and rear and have a feeling they aren't working. How can I test them to make sure they are engaging?

take a tight turn on asphault.(slow) if the tires hop, its engaged

If you jack up one end of the truck in 2wd neutral and turn one tire by hand, both tires will turn the same direction with the locker engaged. If someone holds the tire one side, you should not be able to turn the other side. With the locker disengaged, the opposite wheel will turn the other direction or not at all.

With a floor jack just jack up one rear wheel in 2WD. If the truck moves the locker is working. For the front just lock the axle and try to drive it in a tight turn. You will know real fast if the locker is on.
