I'm trying to replace my old, dented (I think it's original) steering dampener with an OME one.

I got the cotter pins removed and the lock nuts off - but I can't get the old steering dampener off .

What do I need to do?

Thanks.

2 jaw puller, pickle fork, torch, or a BFH. The best IMHO is the two jaw plus its a good tool to have. but if you dont care about the parts that you would heat with a torch that is really quick....just remember haste makes waste.
