i want to take the passenger side oak and feed tge webbing into drivers side.

DS is locked, can’t extract.

How to extract and replace?

You have to get the angle right, as gravity is what is locking the belt retractor.

Hold the retractor unit in kind of the orientation of the position it sits in the truck., then slowly rotate left/right and front/back until it releases. You MAY have to tug on the belt a little to release the tang in the teeth when it is in position, just like you do when you're sitting in the seat and have to tug on the belt to release it and allow it to retract more.

When you do the PS to DS swap, wrap the DS retractor spring 3 full turns. I only did two and it's not quite enough to get all of it. Also, make sure you WASH the belt before you put it in so it's as pliable as possible.

I think the replacement I want to put in was in an accident, it's locked no mater what I angle I try.
