Hello did my first oil change at 65k miles ( 06 lx470 out of warranty now so I'm doing all the maintenance now not going to dealership for little stuff) The maint requid light on the dash is still on; reset the nav screen and ideas??

There is some odometer button karate that you might be able to do to clear it...try this:
Turn ignition key to 'ON' and press the odometer button until the display reads actual mileage... not Trip A or B.
Turn ignition key to OFF.
Hold in the same button you used in step 1.
While holding the button in, turn ignition key to 'ON'.
The 'Maint Reqd' light should blink and go out.
That works for some US spec toyotas, not sure if it would work for your LX or not. If not, try disconnecting the negative battery cable for a half hour or so.
