I am looking to find some more information on how to install a kilby Onboard Air kit on my 1974 FJ40. I hope someone has pics. Any help would be great, thanks. Stephen

Does Kilby have a mount for the F/2F? I don't recall seeing one.

Sorry I don't have any pictures of my OBA system currently, but it is using the York.

Once the bracket is in place, the rest falls into place.

I am sure a search here will net you some ideas.

I have seen Yourks mounted to F and 2F motors but depending on what other accessories you have will determine where it will have to go. Do you still have an F w/ the Alternator low on the driver side and nothing else or do you have a power steering pump mounted on there somewhere?

Please feel free to give us a call if you want to discuss your project some. We will be around all day tomorrow 9-6ish as well as next week m-th.

How does the onboard air get it's lubricant? for example in a normal air-conditioning system the air compressor gets its lubricant from the freon (or refrigerant gas or r134a), how does onboard air keep it's air-compressor from seizing?
I have heard of people putting air-tool oil into the air intake on the compressor, 1 drop for every 5 minutes of labour........ very very very painful to be effective.
