How to get into diagnostic mode (1 Viewer)

I am working on an issue with my infotainment screen and was instructed to go into diagnostic mode to see what the problem is. How do I get into diagnostic mode on one of these?

The issue I am having is that I can't get past the screen where you select the language. Hopefully I don't have to go past this screen to enable diagnostic mode.

Try searching "hidden screen buttons". If I remember correctly there is a sequence of hidden button presses which initiates the diagnostic process.

Have you tried using the FSM?
