How to disable Auto tilt/telescopic steering ????? Manually (4 Viewers)

Good day members, please assist. I need to disable manually the Auto tilt/telescopic steering function. I do not want the steering column move in/out/down /up when starting the Cruiser 100 VX 24 Valve , 1HD FET 4.2 TD ???

I do not have a electronic device to plug in and disable it , I want to do it manually.. I really would appreciate this very much if some one is able to explain to me how to do it.

I’m pretty sure you can pull the fuse also
