That would be a no go from me. They sprayed on black undercoating which is hiding most of the rust/rot.

There’s cleaner ones out there.

All depends on the price. But in the end, if you have to ask, it’s too much.

Probably a worst case scenario. Heavy rust and a hard undercoating that’s encouraging more rust underneath it. Yuck.
