Below the reply message box, click on "go advanced", then scroll down and click "manage attachements".

Anybody else having problems with this today? I click on the "browse" button in the pop-up dialog box to navigate to a file I want to upload, and nothing happens - no redirect to a file manager window, nothing. So not able to add attachments at all. Can't even paste a file path in the box.

yep, working for me now too. Prolly something on my end. I recently switched to IE 9, and I frickin' HATE it, many bugs...
