I took the Combination Meter out and replaced all of the bulbs except the gear indicator bulbs (the D bulb is out). I want to fix more than I break, so I didn't attempt to open up the back of the meter housing. How exactly do you do that, and are the bulbs #74 mini wedge base bulbs?
The center gear tally lamps are in their own housing that lifts out of the main housing. There are 3 or 4 plastic tabs that hold it in place. Be gentile. The lamps for everything are discussed in detail in this thread:
