How can I avoid SOLAR system Panel and MPPT controller frequency interference?

I was looking into adding a Renogy solar panel and mppt controller to my vehicle, and I read some review saying it was causing 7mhz interference to the HAM 40m bands.

Has anyone come across this interference and how is it mitigated?

I have no interference on my radio and i have 2 panels and a MPPT controller

so you read the review and are concerned it might affect you. Assuming you have limited sun there, a small panel, periodic use, you nay not need a charge controller. If in a sunny state, or a large panel, you will to prevent overcharging the battery.

The better quality charge controllers will have jumper options for charging type and selecting/deselecting PWM charging mode, which is likely where the noise comes from. perhaps cheaper panels alone only have PWM mode?
