This is sterlingmccalllexus.com. I paid for a car 2 weeks ago and still don't have a car.I’ve met the service manager at Westside, and have his email address. Where are you going, and what’s the issue?
This is definitely not a new car. I think I just ended up with a really terrible sales rep.Ah, you ordered a new car?
Supply chain delay is still real. You were told that there’s no guarantee on timeline, right?
All your comments are a little cryptic. Or maybe just lacking detail.I have not heard any excuse. A manager did say the ball was dropped.
West Side Lexus is the only Lexus dealership anyone should bother with in the Houston area. Sorry to hear about your troubles.
Often the 4x and cdl are very disused and require some cycling help get them unstuck. Try a few times. Also try to shift into 4l and then turn car on/off while in 4lAlright I have an update and a request for some direction.
After talking to manager Ray the LX showed up less than 24 hours later. We were heading out to thanksgiving dinner. There were some expected and unexpected surprises. The Biggest issue is it will not go into 4 low and the center diff lock will not ingage. On the inside the drivers seat has no climate control. According the dealership we have 5 days/250 miles to keep it or return it.
I've followed some of the troubleshooting steps in the other threads. I've tried driving in figure eights. I have not tried starting it set to four low. I'll give that a shot.Often the 4x and cdl are very disused and require some cycling help get them unstuck. Try a few times. Also try to shift into 4l and then turn car on/off while in 4l
What exactly is the seat climate issue?
Could be an unplugged connector under the seat. Or a blown fuse.I've followed some of the troubleshooting steps in the other threads. I've tried driving in figure eights. I have not tried starting it set to four low. I'll give that a shot.
The ventilation in the seat and the heat in the seat are not working. The passenger seat works fine.
