House painter needed

[Southeast Overland]

I need someone to paint the windows, gutters and doors on my house, plus replace a few fascia boards. I also want the fascia boards pressure washed too. The house is a 2-story brick colonial, about 2,000 sqft with 3 doors plus garage door trim and appx 19 windows.

Person must be insured, honest, and perform quality work for a fair price.

I'd do the work myself but I simply don't have the time. I need to get this work done so I can list my house for sale.

Does anyone know anyone that might be interested?
