Selling my homemade 100 series drawer system. Bought a 200 recently and sold my 100. Kids are obsessed with the 3rd row in the 200, so I'm not going to use it. It's just taking up space in my shed.
Made of 3/4" furniture grade plywood that's been sealed. Covered in outdoor carpet on top. Frame is made of strut channel. Slides are uhmwpe strips on frame, uhmwpe tape on bottom of drawers. Drawers held in place via a linchpin. Drawers use turnbuckles attached to the 2 rear cargo tie down hooks and being wedged against the back of the second row seat to stay secure. Top has wings that fold up on each side to allow access to just stuffed on sides by wheel wells. Stickers add +13 overland points.
It's not fancy, but gets the job done. Drawers slide nicely on the uhmwpe. With wings down the entire rear is a flat platform. It's a few inches above height of folded down second row seat. My kids have slept back there camping when it's raining out.
Asking $100. This is basically what it would cost me to take it to the transfer station and dispose of.
