Is it knackered? cannot wind up without grabbing top of glass to help it,and down have to push a little as well-seems a bit wobbly while the bolts are all tight etc.looked at other posts and just wanting to know if it is kapoot or maybe fixable.thanks ahead.

How did you go replacing it? At the bottom of my window the track is like welded somehow to the bottom of the glass. Its not actually welded but glued with something i cant take apart, the window regulator is this(bottom pic), the track the wheel rolls in is glued to window and cant take it apart without it feeling like its gonna break glass, i cant see any bolts or anything? Did you experience anything like this or is mine a custom DIY job done by previous owner..? I can send photos of the bottom of my window if you want.
