Hi, i hope someone know a little bit more than me, do i miss some relays in my hj60? My high-beams dont work, the horn dont work and also the radio and ventilation. Or if someone could just give me some directions where should i start searching. Thank!
and also check your groundings, as the 60 series are 40 yrs olds. the grounds may have rust. check the 3 pin at your headlamps, one wire is ground one wire is low light and one wire is highlight. use a bulb or tester with a mate inside flicking the highlight. if i'm not mistaken 60s have negative switches unlike new vehicles which has positive ones so 1 is positive, 1 negative low beam, 1 negative highbeam.<------- if this is the case you need to test using the three pin headlight socket and not ground on the body.
Also, looks to me like someone messed with the harness. My HJ60 was a disaster, wiring wise. I removed all of the aftermarket crap, went back to stock and then anything I added, I drew up diagrams so I can easily trace wires fix things etc.
By the looks of it, you def have some aftermarket crap in there.
