Hello from Turkey,

I have 1986 Model HJ60, i have a problem with my brakes.

When i make long drive(outside temp is very high, 107 Fahrenheit - 42 Celsius) my brake free up, get off. When i pump it, i comes a little. I changed the master brake cylinder, and brake oil before for this reason. But when i take a long drive with my hj60 today, it happened again. When i checked all brake visually, especially my left rear brake goes up very high temp. i couldn't touch my rim because of the high temp, and clutch smells bad. Is there any idea, what is my solution?

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what the problem is, your wording is a bit difficult ( I assume English is not your first language)
Your title says your brakes are not working- but then you are describing a long drive- something that you would probably not do if your brakes were actually "not working"

I'm understanding that after driving for a long while in the heat, the brakes stop working, and you need to pump the brake to get them to work.
Is this correct?

One thought is that the rear brakes are adjusted too tight and dragging? This could cause your brake fluid to boil and lose braking power
A wheel rim that is too hot to touch is extremely overheated.

sorry for my english and yes you understand me correctly :)

Tomorrow I will dismantling my rear brakes to check the tightness. I will be inform you

if rear pads are dragging, and therefore your rear brakes overheat your brake system .. surely you will loose brake performance ..
