Hey guys , I’m new here

I have a 87 hj60 I’m trying to source a turbo kit and intercooler kit in the us used or new I’m having a hard time waiting 2-3 months from whistle and soot so here I am giving this a go

2h engine , whistle and soot is a manufacturer

looks like you're going to end up sourcing from Australia. They're the only ones that are putting turbos on the 2H; I can't imagine there is a shop in America that puts these kits together for that motor. You should try the diesel/24v section to be sure, but I'm pretty sure I'm correct.
be sure to drill/tap a hole for an EGT gauge into the new manifold prior to installation.
