High Praise for Ryan Bascom at OTRAMM (1 Viewer)

I had Ryan do some basic work on my truck earlier this year. At 175K I had some signs of a failing HG and decided to enlist Ryan to replace it. He did a great job and and I could not be happier. In addition to the head I also had him work on the front axle and renew the brakes. The axle had a noise issue that IPOR could not sort out - after several hundred dollars and three visits. The thing about Ryan is that on top of his excellent workmanship he is also extremely accessible, thoughtful and is always looking out for ways to save me money. I am a picky, anal retentive type of customer and Ryan blew all of my expectations out of the water. If any of you are on the fence about using his services or simply have a job too big to tackle yourself I highly recommend you at least get a quote from him.

Given the scope of the project I left the truck at his private garage. Smaller tasks he will perform onsite.
