While at CMP track last weekend I met a driving instructor who did some
of the stunt driving in The Italian Job movie. Nice guy. He was driving a
BMW Mini Cooper race car. Awesome car. Here you can see him out brake
a Caterham into a corner. Great sounding race car. You can hear the decibels rise
as he passes the Caterham in this video.

I had a great Saturday flinging MINI Coopers around the back lot at the plant one Saturday. Long story.
I also had an intense ride around downtown Columbia early one morning in '68 in the old Mini, this one had just won the Canadian Ice Racing Championship, full race job. I also drove one around the south of England one weekend in '72.
Amazing wheels, like riding a rat that just ate a meth and coke stash. I'd get one but it would mean the end of my driving license.
