Well if anyone remembers me I had the cruiser in Tuscaloosa that got the ARB locker installed wrong and i rolled it. Anyways just wants to say ill be back on here and I'll put up some pictures of the carnage

Well they kinda took responsibility... I got some money back from them but not all of it. I'm posting this from my phone so let me know if the pics don't work. I'm happy to have the old beast back again though

Looks like the start of a good trail rig and if you can squeeze some more $$$ out of them it could be on the trail rocking 40" tires in no time.

some time has passed since your incident?.....if you are going to seek legal help you had better do so soon, because I suspect there is a limit on the time you have to file a claim or seek compensation...etc I think you would have been well served to seek legal advice back when this happened.

Yea I did seek attorney advice, from 3 different attorneys and they all said the same thing... The vehicle was too old, or since no one was hurt I had no case or whatever. The short of it is I got jerked around and ripped off and that's that by now... I am just glad she is home
seems like you would have a case for the cost of repairs to your truck......to make it whole as they say in legal language.... in other words to repair it to the condition as it was prior to the accident, if you can draw a direct link from the repair work to the accident. Dont' know why the vehicle age would come into play except for valuation.
May all be old news at theis point. IF so then maybe you have teh basis for a trail truck and dents and whatever else will not be a cocnern.
