As some of you know or may not know I teach school here in Seneca S.C. and I teach a class called Industrial Technology. Use to be called shop and still is basically. I have a situation where I have a student from a horrible situation but I have been able to bring him out by offering him an oppertunity to work on my old truck. 58 chevy apache. The truck is done for his part. So to the point I need a blown motor, something that might be lying around that you need out of your way. I want to have him disassemble it and put it back together. Really don't want anything that could be useable. There's a company that rebuilds engines and donates the unuseable ones to schools. I'm tracking down that number. Thought I'd try here too. Thanks

Engine

I have an F engine with no head or oil pan. Its frozen up from sitting outside too long. I have been parting it out, but you are welcome to it (or what's left of it). The problem is that I am in Columbia, SC. Steve (the one with the pig, don't remember his mud name..) is going to bring some parts to Columbia sometime, maybe something can be worked out. PM if you're interested.

Hey Coach...the tractor engine no longer is around but he's got a lawnmower engine....8 hp briggs and stratton...Might be a lil to simple for the kid but just thought I'd throw that out there.

I live in Irmo outside Columbia and have a 350 chevy sitting in the garage. The intake and carb are off. I would like to see it go away.

Hey Coach...Father in law has a 500 cu in motor sittin in a cadillac that is shot. Needs a rebuild. If you're interested send me a PM and I'll get ya his contact info....it's in Fairplay.
