my 80 vibrates extremely bad whenever I am barely on the accelerator and/or going over 50

You are going to have to be more specific than that. Is the whole truck vibrating? The steering wheel? Any sounds coming from the front or rear? Make a detailed post with all the information you have so people can help pinpoint it

ujoints, birfs, engine balancer, turn signal lubricant. Could be the wingnut just behind the steering wheel it lose.

More info might yield some results, but I'd start with U's, then wheel balancing, tire condition, etc.

Feel vibration in the steering wheel? Check front wheel bearings for play...

So does my wife.

OK:
What year, make, and model?
Does it make a humming noise? A click, bang, whir, clatter, rattle, squeak, squeal, pop, or thud? Does it wander all over the road? Does it have a low frequency vibration? Does the vibration come through the steering wheel, the windows, the hood, the rear end, or the doors?
Does it wobble to and fro?
Can you tie them in a knot?
Can you tie them in a bow?
Does you 80 drive low?

How about a video (without talking) while you drive. Video the parts that are vibrating. Is it a shake, an shimmy, or a wiggle?

Get better at describing stuff and we'll stop being smart asses.
