help with replacing cruise control switch

Trying to replace the cruise control switch but I can't seem to get these wires/pins out. Anybody else had trouble with this piece before?

Do you mean you're trying to remove the connector? If so, you need a tool. A pick or small precision screwdriver will work, but @NLXTACY has THE tool:

It's such a pita to get those pins out... I've broken more pins and connectors trying to get them out then anything. The right tool makes it easier, and reading the fsm on how to remove the pin from that certain connector helps tremendously, since they are all different. It would be in the electrical fsm. Make sure you take your time and use patience.
