Hey All,

I've searched across Mud but couldn't find a definitive answer for this so posting here.
I recently replaced both o2 sensors on my 94 with these NGK 24080's after I was getting a persistent code 26 check engine. After replacing the sensors, I then replaced the original connectors with Deutsch connectors as I kept getting water intrusion inside the original connectors, which is a non-issue with Deutsche ones.
The problem is, I now have a code 25 check engine (no more code 26), and I want to confirm that I connected the wires from the truck side to the o2 sensors correctly.
Also, I never had this check engine code until I 1) thoroughly washed the engine bay and under carriage and 2) replaced the original o2 connectors with Deutsche connectors. I did both of these jobs around the same time.

Here's what my current wiring looks like:
Right o2 sensor:
Truck side Sensor side
red/yellow > white
black/yellow > yellow
blue/white > black
grey > red

Left o2 sensor:
Truck side Sensor side
red/yellow > white
black/yellow > yellow
white > black
orange > red

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

The EWD doesn't show the full sensor layout, at least no the one I have. It also doesn't have the layout of the wire colors for the NGK sensors of course,

Are you saying that the sensors you have don't have 4 pins? I'm not sure what the confusion is. The pinout is clear on the EWD.

Bump

Still struggling with this one :(

The problem is with the right side sensor, and for whatever reason the wire colors on the truck side don't match what the diagram shows.
My wires are as following:
red/yellow, black/yellow, blue/white, grey

I also can't find a diagram that explain each wire color on the NTK sensor (heater, power, ground etc) so if anyone had that that would be a life saver.

Ok I figured it out, here is the wiring mapping for the left side sensor (using NTK 24080 sensors):
Gray > red
red/yellow > white
blue/white > black
yellow/black > yellow

First color is the truck side, second color is the sensor wire.

So far no more codes being thrown, but have yet to take it on a longer trip and know for sure it's behind me. Fingers crossed.
