Hey All,
I've searched across Mud but couldn't find a definitive answer for this so posting here.
I recently replaced both o2 sensors on my 94 with these NGK 24080's after I was getting a persistent code 26 check engine. After replacing the sensors, I then replaced the original connectors with Deutsch connectors as I kept getting water intrusion inside the original connectors, which is a non-issue with Deutsche ones.
The problem is, I now have a code 25 check engine (no more code 26), and I want to confirm that I connected the wires from the truck side to the o2 sensors correctly.
Also, I never had this check engine code until I 1) thoroughly washed the engine bay and under carriage and 2) replaced the original o2 connectors with Deutsche connectors. I did both of these jobs around the same time.
Here's what my current wiring looks like:
Right o2 sensor:
Truck side Sensor side
red/yellow > white
black/yellow > yellow
blue/white > black
grey > red
Left o2 sensor:
Truck side Sensor side
red/yellow > white
black/yellow > yellow
white > black
orange > red
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
