every time i load the suspension on the left side, going over a bump or curb, or speedbump, there is a clunk sound from my left front wheel area....i put on a jack and could not find any looseness, the wheel spins easy enough, so i dont think its a wheel bearing, who has thoughts and suggestions?

I had a front/left/lower shock bush go in mine, similar symptoms.
Check it out

check the ball joint on the lower control arm.
I guess this can be replaced pretty inexpensively without having to replace the whole LCA.

Rotten bushings on the anti-sway bars could also be making the noise.

Actually, any number of rotten bushings up there could be responsible. Start checking your suspension bushings.
No tellin' what you might find "once you're in there."
