Help troubleshooting FZJ80 1994 codes 21,25,26 (1 Viewer)

Hello all-
Hoping for some direction on next steps to trouble a check engine light that won’t go away.
1994 FZJ with 250K mikes

Idle is a little rough at times.
Feels like I don’t have full power all the time.

Current codes are:
21
25
26

- Recently replaced the distributor with OEM and had timing done.
- 02 sensors were replaced 1.5 years ago with Denso models
- ECM was replaced a year ago with a known used one from a member on mud

Any recommendations on what to check / test?
