Help sourcing plastic part for rear lift

Guys,

Second time this part has broken, sourced last time from a parts vehicle but haven't found another to source.

This is the plastic piece joining the rod from the outside rear hatch lever to the mechanism for opening.

Search was unsuccessful.

Anyone have one or know where to get a substitute or have a work around?

Lift Gate Lock Rod Clip???

Maybe someone has had this problem, hopefully. The outside Liftgate handle connects to the control assembly with a little yellow clip, on a threaded adjustment rod, with a pretty unique post mount. The little yellow clip looks nearly like those in the doors. You can get the door clip...

The last post on the mud link I gave you has the Toyota part number for that clip so you can cross reference or go OEM.

One would think that parts like this would be somewhat universal across model lines.
